3D/2D Animator
Lapitopa is a game development studio focused on creating engaging mobile game experiences. We build games with a strong focus on player experience, clean design and fast iteration. As part of a small and highly collaborative team, you’ll have a direct impact on how our games feel and play. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality 3D and 2D animations for characters, UI and gameplay elements
- Animate gameplay features that feel responsive, dynamic and satisfying
- Work closely with game designers, developers and artists to bring ideas to life
- Iterate on animations based on gameplay feedback and metrics
- Ensure animations support game feel, clarity and player experience
- Help define and maintain animation quality and consistency across the project
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 3+ years of experience as a game animator (3D / 2D)
- Experience working on mobile or casual & midcore games
- Strong understanding of timing, weight and game feel
- Ability to create animations that enhance gameplay clarity and responsiveness
- Experience working closely with designers and developers
- Good eye for detail and visual polish
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in Blender
- Knowledge of Unity animation systems
- Some experience with C#
- Experience with UI animations & motion design
- Understanding of technical constraints in game engines
