AMS Lead XTEL RGM
Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled XTEL RGM AMS Lead Consultant to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in USA (Remote). Title: XTEL RGM AMS Lead Consultant Location: Remote Long term contract
- XTEL Platform Ownership: Act as the primary technical and functional liaison between business users, internal IT, and XTEL vendor support to manage platform health, monthly refreshes, and software upgrades.
- Incident &
- Problem Management: Lead the resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents, coordinate with cross-functional middleware/ETL teams, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes.
- Data Integration &
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and validate end-to-end data pipelines from data lakes to XTEL, ensuring high-quality integration of SAP S/4HANA pricing, sales, and master data.
- Data Engineering &
- Analytics: Utilize SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark) to analyze complex trade promotion data structures, troubleshoot data issues, and validate KPI/ML recommendation outputs.
- Stakeholder &
- Vendor Governance: Facilitate key governance meetings, including weekly status calls, monthly service reviews, and QBRs, while proactively communicating system schedules and escalating to the XTEL PMO when necessary.
- Agile &
- DevOps Delivery: Manage tasks, code repositories, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) to support continuous improvement and change requests.
