Channel and Distributor Manager for Greater Manila Area – ACRO 1 and 4 (Southern Manila)

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be: Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area. Experiences & Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Preferably with experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously worked in Unilever Proficient in basic Microsoft applications Strong operational skills Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, and bias for action Can drive and work on a field-based role within Greater Manila Area Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from all walks of life!
