Chief Operating Officer - Start-up / AI
Our client, an innovative start-up focused on AI-driven solutions, is seeking an experienced and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale their company operations. This permanent role requires on-site presence in the Seattle Metro Region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-enabled operations through strategic leadership and operational excellence. *Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:* * Oversee company-wide operations, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across product deployment, customer onboarding, support, incident management, and compliance
- Develop and implement operational frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure success and optimize performance
- Lead and manage both US and offshore operational teams in deployment, customer support, and service delivery
- Manage end-to-end deployment lifecycle, including planning, customer readiness, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Own customer success initiatives, support processes, and incident escalation procedures, ensuring high satisfaction and rapid resolution
*Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:* * Located in the Seattle Metro Region with the ability to work a hybrid schedule at our Bellevue location (minimum three days onsite)
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, General Management, or Customer Delivery roles
- 5+ years leading operations within high-growth SaaS, AI-enabled, or technology-driven service companies
- Demonstrated success scaling operational teams and processes in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience in highly regulated industry backgrounds are preferred
