Client Booking Consultant
About the Opportunity We are seeking organized, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Booking Consultants. In this role, you'll assist clients with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every detail of the booking process is handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements based on their preferences and goals Research and compare travel options using approved booking platforms and resources Coordinate reservations and verify that booking details are complete and accurate Provide helpful recommendations while considering client budgets and travel preferences Respond to client inquiries professionally through email, phone, and messaging channels Support itinerary updates, modifications, and travel-related requests Maintain organized records and accurate documentation of client interactions and reservations Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
