Content Creator / Social Media Manager – Remote

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop and manage engaging online content across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Create compelling copy, visuals, and videos tailored for different audiences and platforms.

  • *

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.

  • *

Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts.

  • *

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions.

  • *

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions through social media.

Optimize social media posts for maximum visibility and performance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • *

Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

  • *

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  • *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • *

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

  • *

Creative thinking and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.

  • *

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience
  • *

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

  • *

Experience in managing brand pages or influencer accounts is preferred.

  • *

Portfolio or samples of previous content work will be an added advantage.

Flexible working schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
