Cyber Security Analyst, Penetration Tester

• Go Security Pro is seeking a full-time technical cybersecurity professional for their Penetration Testing and Technical Testing consulting practice. The role involves performing various types of penetration tests, conducting vulnerability assessments, and delivering impactful reports to clients while maintaining strong communication and project management skills.

• Responsibilities
• Perform penetration tests for clients that may include, internal and external network penetration tests, web application penetration tests, wireless network penetration tests, social engineering tests, and other penetration tests as requested
• Perform internal and external vulnerability assessments
• Our consultants are expected to have strong communication skills with the ability to lead face-to-face meetings with clients while always maintaining professionalism
• Strong writing skills are necessary for delivering impactful reports to clients
• Lead and participate in many projects simultaneously
• Conduct management briefings on test activities, scenarios, results and recommendations
• Provide consistent follow-through with the client points of contact and stakeholders as well as internal management to ensure appropriate visibility and escalation where needed
• Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or associate's degree in a technical subject matter
• Relevant IT and security certifications are preferred
• Prior work experience is preferred
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of security tools and will have demonstrated passion for developing their technical skills
