Position: Database Developer Type: Contract Compensation: $25 - $60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to support AI data training pipelines and analytics.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements and implement effective data solutions.
Analyze large datasets, extract insights, and ensure data integrity for machine learning workflows.
Implement and maintain database structures to facilitate efficient data processing and retrieval.
Document processes and write clear technical and user-facing documentation for SQL workflows.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SQL scripts and stored procedures.

Requirements

Have a minimum of of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer, with a track record of delivering high-quality database solutions.
Possess deep expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
Have strong knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design principles.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts succinctly.
Have experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively within fast-paced, evolving project requirements.
