Digital Production Associate

This role is only open for candidates that are legally allowed to work within the Philippines We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Production Associate to support our Digital Operations team. The role involves managing sponsored email newsletters, website content publishing, digital advertising operations, sales support requests, and assisting with AI-powered workflow automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy sponsored email newsletters using email marketing platforms such as Sailthru. Publish and manage sponsored content in WordPress. Perform basic Ad Operations tasks within Google Ad Manager. Monitor and manage the Digital team inbox. Coordinate with the Sales team to collect required assets and campaign materials. Track project requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Work alongside a custom AI agent that manages inbox requests and workflows. Assist in training and improving the AI agent’s tagging and response accuracy. Support digital campaign execution and reporting as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation of digital production activities. Requirements & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience using WordPress. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru, Mailchimp, or similar systems. Familiarity with Google Ad Manager. Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok. Understanding of sponsored content, digital advertising, and online marketing. Experience working with AI-powered tools or workflow automation systems.
