Distribution Account Manager – London, Cirencester, Basingstoke SonicWall is looking for a Distribution Account Manager (DAM) to join our Distribution Account Team in the North Region. This role will be responsible for accelerating sales growth through our distributor network, partnering closely with regional sales teams and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by managing sales in and sales out through distributors Identify and recruit new channel partners alongside Distributor BDMs Engage, support, and build relationships with channel partners to help expand pipeline and increase revenue Deepen relationships with distribution partners by leveraging expertise in SonicWall’s technologies, products, and services via SonicWall University Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute marketing campaigns for partners Develop and track business plans, measure outcomes weekly/monthly, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews Oversee inventory, compliance, certification, targets, KPIs, and rebate planning Forecast sales activities weekly, including sales out, sales in, and unmanaged business Act as a liaison between customers, distributors, partners, and the SonicWall sales team Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to translate complex data into actionable business plans and engage in active listening Experience managing deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of driving projects to completion and managing competing priorities Self-motivated and able to follow through on assignments In-depth knowledge of the distribution ecosystem Skilled in cross-functional collaboration Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft applications Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms Valid driver’s license required Other Details: 60% travel required College or university degree preferred Additional language skills beyond English are an advantage #LI-UK #LI-Remote #LI-KB7 SonicWall is an equal opportunity employer.
