Job Description

This role is part of LinkedIn’s broader effort to build and scale an in-house owned media agency, including the creation of tools that will significantly increase production speed and operational efficiency. As such, the position is structured as a 12-month contractor role. This role will be based in Mexico. The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. Job Overview The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling—delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization. The Email Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing ongoing email marketing programs within a designated business line. This role provides strategic recommendations for email execution, manages project workflows, and determines resource needs for new requests. The Email Campaign Manager is accountable for implementing email programs after the Owned Media Team has established the overall channel strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple email marketing campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Manage project timelines and scopes to maintain schedule and quality standards. Provide recommendations to optimize or advise on email execution and campaign performance. Architect and build new and complex campaign workflows based on business requirements. Create scalable templates, playbooks, and trainings for the production team. Collaborate cross-functionally to determine project management and production requirements for new requests, leveraging shared resources as needed. Set up and execute A/B test email campaigns, analyze performance, and report results and recommendations. Implement email programs based on strategies developed by the Owned Media Team. Work closely with production teams to ensure effective use of email marketing platforms and tools. Contribute to the development or refinement of channel strategies as an integral part of campaign planning processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience deploying high-volume emails using an email marketing platform or applicable experience 1+ year of management experience; prior experience managing offshore teams is a plus Business fluency in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
