Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist (Cold Email / Lead Generation)
ob Overview We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist to manage and execute cold email campaigns focused on lead generation and business development. This role is responsible for building outreach sequences, managing lead lists, optimizing messaging, and improving campaign performance through testing and iteration. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities through structured, high-volume email outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute cold email outreach campaigns from start to finish
- Write and manage email sequences (initial outreach + follow-ups)
- Test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and calls-to-action (A/B testing)
- Manage and segment lead lists for targeted outreach
- Monitor email deliverability and improve inbox placement
- Track campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates)
- Continuously improve outreach performance based on data
- Coordinate with sales or business development teams on lead follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or email marketing
- Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging
- Familiarity with email outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Ability to manage and organize lead lists
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance improvement
- Self-starter with ability to run campaigns independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B cold outreach or growth marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience improving email open rates and reply rates
- Understanding of lead generation workflows and funnels
