- Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms with clients or prospects to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive health or insurance information.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer bases.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn.
