Experienced CPA Wanted – Full-Time Position Miami Beach, Florida A well-established CPA firm with two senior partners who are gradually transitioning toward retirement is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our practice on a full-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CPA interested in a long-term career path with an established firm and who may ultimately be interested in a leadership, ownership, or succession role. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an existing book of business and are looking for a platform to continue growing their practice.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns (domestic and international)
- Tax planning and consulting for clients
- Client relationship management and advisory services
- Assisting with the continued growth and development of the firm
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-office presence required four days per week in Miami Beach
