The Role

As a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience, and you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls (50+ per day) and working weekends when required
