Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Functions

* Coordinate and execute strategy for weekly and monthly customer service plans

  • Work on a preferred customer list and deal with new promotions and sales of products and services
  • Propose realistic customer service strategies, objectives, and targets
  • Implement customer service campaigns based upon strategy
  • Attend conferences and help with promotional products
  • Represent careerzynith in corporate events, industry meets, and customer service conferences

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure on multiple tasks while meeting commitments with high quality standards
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Positive approach that no task is too big or small
  • Confident and mature attitude
  • Passion for entrepreneurial thinking and acting

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
