Job Description:

We're seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with travel industry policies and procedures
