About the Role

As an Experienced Data Analyst – Advanced Level Job, you'll work closely with our business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges and develop insightful solutions to address them. You'll be responsible for creating a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a steady stream of Pack intel. You'll also perform in-depth pattern examinations, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address them

• Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a steady stream of Pack intel
• Perform in-depth pattern examinations, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle
• Define and investigate crowd segments to drive Pack growth
• Cooperate with other Examination groups to understand and utilize all relevant Pack information from different sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain complex data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Capabilities

* Four-year college degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and indirect regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures
• Skill in controlling large datasets, deciphering data patterns, and utilizing a multitude of different data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business logic to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing advanced A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing field
• Familiarity with Disney's business operations and strategies
