We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our production process, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
