The Role

As a Part-time Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various time zones. You'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers, addressing their queries, and helping them get the most out of our products. Your primary focus will be on the Australian market, where you'll work closely with our European customers during their morning hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering customer questions and providing advice on how to use our products with a friendly tone, primarily via email, but also via phone and chat.

  • Advising potential customers through email and video product demos, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Collecting and synthesizing customer insights to help your teammates become better marketers, designers, and builders.
  • Responding to customer reviews across various platforms, ensuring our brand reputation remains positive.
  • Assisting with internal shipping and logistics questions, providing seamless support to our team members.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking approach and attention to detail.
  • Experience in support software, onboarding customers, or collecting customer feedback is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting, mileage reimbursement, or working remotely is also desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in working with SaaS products or similar software solutions.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with mileage reimbursement processes.
  • Experience with working 100% remotely, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and platforms.
  • A passion for learning and professional development, with a desire to grow and develop your career.
