Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and enter sensitive medical information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability

  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Prior data entry experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to navigate and analyze complex data sets
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with sensitive medical information and navigating electronic health records (EHRs)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other productivity software
  • Certification in medical coding or a related field (e.g., CMC, CPC)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
