Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative – Entry Level at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases

- Working closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
