Role Description This is a contract and remote role for a Fractional Controller. The Fractional Controller will manage and oversee financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include implementing effective financial controls, ensuring compliance, providing analytical insights to support decision-making, and overseeing financial reporting processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align financial strategies with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong command of Business Control and Finance principles
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or similar professional certification is a plus
- Proven experience working remotely and independently in a contract capacity
