- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with members requesting benefit details
- Arrange and conduct virtual or phone consultations
- Clearly explain available programs in a professional, easy-to-understand way
- Use computer systems to process applications and maintain detailed records
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards
- Participate in structured training programs designed to prepare you for advancement
Qualifications
- Confident verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and dependable
- Able to build trust and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership and team members
- Self-driven while also contributing to a team environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
