The DCX Client Services - Home Based Office Admin will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. This role will assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable processes, workflow coordination, HR and payroll administration, benefits support, and general operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling confidential information. This is an evolving position that requires someone who can help build, document, and improve processes rather than simply follow existing procedures. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and helps reduce the operational burden on firm leadership. Ideal Candidates will be: Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English Well-structured and well organized Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets Accurate with detailed information Work well with others and be a team player Role Details Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient Salary Range: 60,000-65,000 PHP Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the firm. Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice management, payment tracking, and collections support. Perform bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks while maintaining accurate financial records. Coordinate workflows and internal processes to improve efficiency and accountability. Assist with HR administration, payroll processing, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and related documentation. Coordinate system access rights, permissions, and internal operational requests. Develop, maintain, and improve process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal reference materials. Create clear and comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and continuity of operations. Handle confidential firm and employee information with professionalism and discretion. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions. Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve issues proactively. Additional Job Requirements Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: 1-3 years of Accounting, HR, Administrative Assistant, or any related roles. Ability to learn company specific systems. Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures. Software that will be used Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.) Basic background in any Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) About DCX DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
