Inbound Contact Representative - Military Spouse Fellowship or DOW SkillBridge Intern

As a transitioning military service member or military spouse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience while still on active duty or supporting your family.
Responsibilities:
• Record details of member inquiries, comments, or complaints, transactions, or interactions and take action in accordance with process
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Deliver a consistent customer service experience by providing efficient resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
- Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately
- Prioritize workload to provide efficient business operation standards
- Demonstrate ownership to problem-solve independently
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- *Qualifications:**
• Must be a transitioning military service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this role
- Successfully receive approval for government security clearance (Via National Background Investigation Services NBIS)
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience in a professional environment
- Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
- Use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Basic proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge navigating multiple systems & platforms with ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment
