Job Summary This position is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with assigned providers; managing provider agreement negotiation operations; managing staff including but not limited to hiring, training, performance reviews, pay administration, and budget. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 4 years health care administration/managed care experience OR 8 years health care administration/managed care experience. Leadership skills. Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel and assigned providers. Analytical skills. Planning skills. Negotiation skills. Experience consistently meeting deadlines and working well under pressure. PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases. Experience developing and analyzing reports. Team player and people oriented. Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. Preferred Job Qualifications: Managed care contracting, benefits administration or underwriting experience. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range $92,700.00 - $167,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
