About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to directly manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This is a fully hands-on role. We are NOT looking for someone who only coordinates agencies, manages external vendors, or operates purely at a strategic level. The ideal candidate is someone who personally builds campaigns, executes marketing initiatives, analyzes performance data, and takes full ownership of results. You will be responsible for managing paid media, email marketing, creative production, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is heavily performance-driven and requires strong accountability, autonomy, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Performance MarketingPlan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Directly manage:Campaign structure Audience targeting Creative testing Budget allocation Bid strategies Monitor and optimize KPIs including:ROAS CPA CTR Identify performance issues quickly and continuously improve campaign profitability and scalability Manage paid media efforts across multiple brands simultaneously Email Marketing & OutreachBuild and manage email marketing campaigns, including:Automated flows Broadcast campaigns Segmentation A/B testing Operate platforms such as:Klaviyo Omnisend Mailchimp GoHighLevel (GHL) Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Instantly Improve customer retention and lead engagement through CRM and email automation Creative Production & CopywritingCreate and edit visual assets for:Paid ads Social media Email marketing campaigns Design static creative and basic motion/video assets independently Write ad copy, email content, and marketing messaging Maintain consistency across multi-brand campaign calendars and launches Reporting & OptimizationProvide weekly reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scale and optimization Track and report on performance metrics accurately and consistently RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns directly Proven experience personally managing profitable ad spend of $100K+ USD monthly Experience handling paid media for multiple brands simultaneously Strong technical understanding of:Campaign scaling Audience strategy Budget optimization Performance analysis Practical experience with:Klaviyo Omnisend GoHighLevel (GHL) Similar email marketing platforms Excellent written English skills (C1/C2 preferred) Ability to write high-converting ad copy and marketing content Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Nice to HaveExperience using Instantly for cold outreach campaigns Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere, or similar platforms Experience within:Telehealth Health & wellness Supplements Nutraceutical brands Familiarity with advertising compliance requirements in health-related industries Experience working with WooCommerce or Shopify ecosystems What We’re Looking ForStrong performance-driven mindset focused on ROI and measurable growth High ownership mentality and accountability Comfortable operating autonomously without constant supervision Analytical thinker who understands marketing through performance data Fast executor who thrives in high-growth environments Someone who takes full responsibility for outcomes and continuously improves performance Important Notes Applications may not be considered if the candidate’s experience is primarily focused on:Managing external agencies or vendors without directly executing campaigns Traditional brand management without hands-on media buying experience Social media coordination without hard performance marketing ownership Inability to demonstrate direct management of significant ad spend Inability to communicate professionally and technically in English during interviews What We OfferFully remote opportunity within Central or South America High-ownership role with direct impact across multiple growing brands Collaborative and fast-moving work environment Exposure to modern marketing systems, tools, and workflows Opportunity to grow within a performance-focused organization This is a remote/telecommute position.
