- Provide customers with sound advice and loan product recommendations based on their goals and needs
- Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
- Set and attain personal goals for sales volume
- Identify and establish relationships with Realtors, Builders, Financial Service Professionals
- Stay active with prospect and customer marketing
- Maintain high visibility among local housing professionals and trade organizations
- Continually establish and maintain pipeline of new customers
- Hold educational sessions in your market
- Keep up to date on industry news by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags and help minimize risk to the company
- Ability to pass a background check for state licensing
What we require of you:
- 1+ years loan origination experience
- $500k + monthly volume
- Current NMLS license required
- Working knowledge of loan product knowledge and pricing strategies
- Maintain a professional attitude and image in your community
