What you will do The Pharma Sales Representative is responsible for scheduling and conducting sales appointments within your territory, developing new and existing customer relationships to expand market share, and providing product information and support to secure sales. You will also prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and relay market insights to support business objectives:

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain dynamic relationships with healthcare professionals and potential new customers by delivering tailored pharmaceutical solutions and proactive outreach that address unique patient needs and foster long-term partnerships. Leverage data-driven insights and conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive activities, adapting sales strategies to maximize therapeutic impact, market penetration, and sales growth. Design and execute innovative educational workshops and presentations that effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences, supporting sales initiatives and product positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and internal departments to develop compelling campaigns, leverage resources, and support sales initiatives. Utilize digital tools and CRM platforms to track customer interactions, optimize sales strategies, maintain regular follow-ups, and enhance overall client engagement and satisfaction. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing actionable insights and market intelligence to management for decision-making and supporting product development and business planning. Continuously evaluate personal sales performance against objectives, refine approaches to optimize results, and recommend adjustments to territory coverage plans. Negotiate and close sales orders, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs. What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales roles. Strong ability to work independently with a flexible and proactive approach to achieving sales goals. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the capability to influence stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing computer applications for sales tracking, reporting, and communication. Valid driver's license with good driving skills to manage territory visits efficiently. Willingness to undertake assignments and adapt to varying market demands. Desired Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, persuasive messaging. Proficiency in leveraging CRM software and digital sales tools to analyze customer data and drive targeted outreach. Demonstrated leadership skills through managing projects or leading taskforces effectively. Execution-focused mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to counter competitive challenges. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape while maintaining ethical standards.
