By blending meditation techniques with practical strategies, the platform empowers individuals to create purposeful, goal-oriented lives while embracing present-moment joy. Role Description This is a remote internship for a Podcast Growth, Sales & Media Outreach. We are seeking an Outreach & Growth Intern who is obsessed with media, public relations, and sales. You will be the engine behind our daily outreach machine, connecting our brand with top-tier wellness apps, local fitness studios, high-performance athletes, brands, and networks. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation:
Build and maintain an organized database of potential partners (Yoga studios, wellness brands, supplement companies, sports coaches, media outlets, etc.).
- High-Volume Outreach:
Execute a daily outreach strategy (approx. 50–100 touchpoints via curated emails and Instagram DMs) using our proven high-conversion templates.
- Press & PR Tracking:
Identify local LA media opportunities, digital publications, and alternative podcasts for guest-spot pitching.
- Relationship Coordination:
Manage the initial responses, coordinate scheduling, and hand off warm leads to the Founder for deal-closing. Who You Are:
- A self-starter with an "intensity turned up to 11" work ethic. You don’t fear the word "no."
- Passionate about wellness, personal development, fitness, and media/podcasting culture.
- Impeccable written communication skills with the ability to match our brand’s bold, energetic tone.
- Organized and detail-oriented (experience with Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a huge plus).
- Consistent and flexible: the work ALWAYS gets done - even if it’s during weird hours.
