Role: Power BI Developer Location: Charlotte North Carolina (Hybrid) Experience: 12+ years Duration: Long Term Interview: 1 st Round will be WebEx & 2 nd Round will be InPerson Rate: $50hr. W2 All Inc. Risk Technology group is seeking a skilled Power BI with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions and low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, for developing custom applications to support organizational processes. This role is critical to transforming business requirements into actionable insights and solutions. Primary Responsibilities 1. Power BI Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Connect to various data sources, transform data using Power Query, and create robust data models. Implement advanced DAX calculations for business metrics and KPIs. Publish and schedule reports, ensuring secure access and scalability. Optimize performance of reports and dashboards. Key Skills and Competencies Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation. Proficient in SQL and Database Management. Knowledge of Azure cloud services is a plus. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) is an advantage. Understanding of REST APIs for integrating applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Power BI development. Proven experience in creating advanced Power BI dashboards.
