Principal Engineer
We're partnering with a high-growth media and influencer AI-technology company, to identify a Principal Engineer. This role offers a challenging environment for senior technical leadership. The position is based remotely, out of region, and is a permanent opportunity. Principal Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop sophisticated features and systems across various technical domains without requiring handoffs.
- Design architectural solutions for system architecture, data management, caching, and infrastructure.
- Maintain and improve system reliability through incident management, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Manage AI model integration, deployment, and monitoring to ensure effective serving.
- Support billing, payments, and reconciliation processes when needed and establish engineering standards.
Principal Engineer Qualifications:
- Over eight years of experience delivering complex systems into production environments.
- Extensive full-stack knowledge, including frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Practical experience troubleshooting and maintaining Linux-based production environments.
- Proven track record in machine learning system integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with real-money systems such as billing or payment processing.
