Product / Software Engineer
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and ship reliable software that delivers real business value
- Contribute across the full lifecycle: discovery, development, and delivery
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to understand problems and shape practical solutions
- Write clean, testable code and improve existing systems with a focus on maintainability
- Build and support integrations with external platforms (APIs, third-party services)
- Participate in discovery by asking questions, validating assumptions, and refining solutions
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
- Use data, logs, and feedback to debug issues and improve performance
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with modern web development (Vue.js, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, DynamoDB or similar)
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting production issues
- Developing product sense: you think beyond tickets and consider user and business impact
- Comfortable working with some ambiguity, but knows when to ask for clarity
- Strong communication: raises issues early, collaborates well, and seeks feedback
- Demonstrates ownership of tasks and follows through to completion
- Curious and motivated to learn, including exposure to AI and new technologies
- Huge plus for local in the Utah or Salt Lake County
