Recruiter Liaison Remote | Full-Time MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 10AM CT-7PM CT Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship building, organization, and follow-through matter? We’re looking for a Recruiter Liaison to help connect healthcare professionals with opportunities by supporting recruiters through the booking process. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping others succeed. What You’ll Do Partner closely with recruiters and clinicians throughout the hiring and booking process Verify candidate qualifications, references, work history, and documentation Help prepare traveler profiles and applications for submission Support booking-related administrative processes Collaborate cross-functionally to help move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently Provide ongoing support and communication throughout assignments Meet performance goals and KPIs in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Strong communication and follow-through Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly High level of professionalism and discretion Prior sales, recruiting support, staffing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Remote work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth Why Join Us?
