[Remote] AI Operations Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Loop is on a mission to unlock profits trapped in the supply chain and lower costs for consumers. The AI Operations Associate will be part of a team that builds and scales AI-powered workflows, working closely with engineering and product teams to enhance customer value and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate Loop’s ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding and learning how we drive customer outcomes
• Embed with customer, product, and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer value
• Partner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows, reduce manual work, and delight customers and users
• Demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set, knowledge of Loop’s product offering, and how it solves our customers pain points
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that Loop is focused on delivering value for them

Skills

• You have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, or economics or STEM similar
• You balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute and enjoy solving tough problems
• You have 1+ years of work experience in technology, data analysis or other technical and quantitative fields
• You're a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing company
• This is an in person role based in Chicago, New York or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office
• Bonus points if you have advanced excel skills and SQL, Python or other programming skills, or experience vibe coding/building automations
