[Remote] CLM Product Consultant

Brillio is a company focused on innovative solutions, and they are seeking a CLM Product Consultant to support their Client Lifecycle Management product teams. This role involves shaping the vision and execution for critical initiatives, leading research efforts, and translating business requirements into user stories.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CLM product quad to strengthen platform strategy and ways of working
- Advise on best practices, operating models, and considerations for scaling the platform
- Evaluate tenant setup and recommend improvements aligned to product and platform strategy
- Identify and recommend enhancements to build and deployment processes
- Document opportunities to improve the FenX platform and proactively bring forward recommendations on how to leverage new features and functionality
- Support solution design for critical platform features and business needs
- Propose and evaluate solution approaches for new features within platform constraints
- Document potential integration models and data orchestration approaches
- Support requirements definition, planning, and prioritization in partnership with product leads
- Develop sandbox prototypes to validate proposed solutions
- Contribute to the refinement of key platform capabilities
- Support research and discovery activities, translating business needs into configuration-ready stories
- Partner with product leads to refine epics, features, and user stories in alignment with platform architecture
- Consult with product owners, including lead and offshore teams, on how to best translate requirements into stories, design artifacts, and decision tables
Skills
- Strong expertise in the Fenergo CLM platform, including hands-on experience with modules supporting onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in Agile methodologies and product delivery practices
- Preferred experience using Fenergo to enable and optimize product onboarding journeys
