[Remote] Commercial Restoration Project Manager

ServiceMaster Recovery Management is a leading provider of restoration services, and they are seeking a Commercial Restoration Project Manager to lead major restoration projects across the country. This role involves coordinating teams and resources to help businesses recover from disasters, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations
Skills
- 3–5 years of commercial project management experience (restoration required)
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred)
- Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred)
