[Remote] EA-NGP VAN Product Writer I

The EA-NGP VAN Product Writer I is responsible for creating and maintaining clear end-user content for NGP VAN products, collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client use cases.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and publish basic help center content and release notes
- Work from internal specifications, SME interviews, and product testing to translate features into written guidance
- Contribute to templates and voice consistency in documentation
- Perform light HTML or CMS formatting as needed
- Capture and annotate screenshots
- Participate in documentation review cycles and incorporate feedback
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in writing, editing, or documentation support
- Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong command of grammar, editing, and usage
- Comfort with working in multiple systems (Jira, Confluence, WordPress, LLM-style applications, etc.)
- Capacity to manage deadlines and accept feedback constructively
- Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments highly preferred
- Familiarity with digital organizing tools or CRMs is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred)
