This role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy workflows by collaborating with clinicians, pharmacists, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Clinical workflows
- Gather requirements, configure Epic Willow Ambulatory, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements
Skills
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification
- 5–10+ years of Epic experience
- Strong focus on Willow Ambulatory / pharmacy workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Epic build
- Experience with testing
