[Remote] Finance Officer

Responsibilities
- Define and structure research-driven workflows within specialized financial domains
- Design and develop evaluation frameworks and test cases to assess workflow completion and model performance
- Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities in areas such as financial statement analysis, market trend identification, risk assessment, and data extraction
- Support data curation and annotation efforts to enhance model training and fine-tuning
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement
Skills
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in the finance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts effectively
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, fintech applications, or collaboration with technical teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, data annotation, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience in Investment Banking – M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance
- Experience in Private Equity – Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management
- Experience in Asset Management – Portfolio Management, Investment Strategy, Quantitative Analysis
- Experience in Equity Research – Company Analysis, Financial Modeling, Research Writing
