We’re hiring detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our HR & Benefits support team. Key Details Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (through October 31, 2025) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (final shift assigned before training ends)
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
- Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Apply and explain policies, track and follow up on transactions
- Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts and Team Managers
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all data privacy regulations
- Remain flexible during high-volume periods and complete all required training
What You Bring
- high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of call center or benefits-related experience
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Reliable, quiet home workspace that passes inspection
- Commitment to full attendance during training
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Technical Requirements
- Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175
- Must be hardwired to a router (Wi-Fi, 5G, or hotspots not permitted)
- Speed test screenshot from Google Fiber Speed Test required
- Visual inspection of workspace prior to start
