[Remote] Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote)

Abramson Labor Group is dedicated to defending employee rights and is seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their team. The role involves managing a docket of cases, preparing clients for depositions, and responding to client inquiries while working closely with a supportive team of paralegals and staff.
Responsibilities
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing client for deposition
- Attending depositions
- Invoicing Depositions
- Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
- Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
- Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
- Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
- Participation in team events during work and after work hours
- Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
Skills
- CA State Barred
- Preferably reside in the state of California
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Doctors' deposition experience
