[Remote] Kinaxis Business Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechDoQuest is seeking a Kinaxis Business Consultant with strong supply chain planning expertise. The consultant will analyze requirements, configure solutions, and drive successful supply chain transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operations
- Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse modules based on business needs
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Support implementation of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processes
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and user adoption activities
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning workflows within Kinaxis
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Support change management and process optimization initiatives
Skills
- Strong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
- Expertise in supply chain planning processes and business workflows
- Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and gather business requirements effectively
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Kinaxis certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, retail, or automotive industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with reporting and dashboard development within Kinaxis
