[Remote] Lead PeopleSoft Recruiting Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Recruiting & ERP Technical Lead to support enterprise HR and recruiting technology initiatives. This role focuses on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Recruiting (TAM/CG), and Oracle Taleo environments, including modernization and migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives for PeopleSoft HCM and recruiting platforms
- Support Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft Recruiting (TAM/CG) migration efforts
- Review technical designs, integrations, development work, and testing plans
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and project teams
- Provide guidance on system architecture, security, integrations, and data quality
- Support reporting, workflow automation, and enterprise data management
- Assist with production support, upgrades, troubleshooting, and release management
- Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Skills
- 10+ years supporting Oracle PeopleSoft HCM environments
- 10+ years leading ERP, HRIS, or recruiting technology projects
- Experience with PeopleSoft Recruiting (TAM/CG) and Oracle Taleo
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, SQR, and PS Query
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of SAML, identity management, and security best practices
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions
- Leading Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft Recruiting migrations
- Supporting large enterprise or shared-services recruiting environments
- Developing technical specifications for system implementations
- Supporting reporting, analytics, compliance, and governance initiatives
