Our client, a prestigious hospitality group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Luxury Hotel Concierge to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, 100% home-based position, offering unparalleled flexibility for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from anywhere in the United States. As a Remote Luxury Hotel Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and orchestrating seamless experiences before, during, and after their stays. Responsibilities include: Providing personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions tailored to individual guest preferences. Making reservations for restaurants, theatre tickets, transportation, and other services with meticulous attention to detail. Assisting with special requests, such as arranging private tours, sourcing unique items, or coordinating special occasions. Proactively communicating with guests via email, phone, and chat to confirm details and ensure satisfaction. Collaborating with hotel partners and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve any issues promptly. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of local events, new openings, and exclusive offers. Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Documenting all guest interactions and preferences in the CRM system. Contributing to the continuous improvement of guest services by providing feedback and insights. Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proven experience in a concierge, guest relations, or similar high-touch customer service role within the luxury hospitality sector. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software, booking platforms, and standard office applications. A passion for travel, local culture, and providing outstanding service. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative. A dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet access is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs. Fluency in multiple languages is a significant asset.
