[Remote] Marketing & Content Coordinator - Part Time

They are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help turn real business stories into engaging content, focusing on content creation, social media management, and marketing design.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, and branding
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of content
- Organize and maintain a content library
- Schedule and publish content
- Create graphics using Canva
- Write captions and post copy
- Help maintain a content calendar
- Track engagement and performance
- Create case studies
- Design one-page marketing materials
- Develop event flyers and promotional graphics
- Create presentation slides and sales collateral
- Assist with direct mail campaigns
- Promote webinars, networking events, and speaking engagements
- Capture and repurpose event content
- Create post-event recaps and highlight reels
Skills
- Strong Canva skills
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar video editing software
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Photography or videography experience
- Social media management experience
- Graphic design experience
- Experience with LinkedIn content
- Experience creating content for business owners or professional services firms
