Remote Mental Health Therapist- Maryland & Washington, DC
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about serving individuals, families, and couples through virtual therapy. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with issues such as trauma, anxiety, adhd, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and solution-focused therapy to clients via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 8 clients per week (based on part-time or full-time availability).
- Participate in clinical consultations and occasional team meetings.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and state licensure regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active state license in Maryland or Washington, DC (LGPC, LCPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent).

- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a warm, client-centered approach.
