Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay rate ranging from (25.00 to )50.00 per notarization.
• One-time training fee of $295 (no recurring costs) with 24⁄7 online course access, taking 4–6 hours to complete.

Responsibilities

• Perform secure remote notarizations via video platform.

Qualifications

• No felony criminal background.
• Active Notary Public Seal required.
• Additional notarial bond and/or E&O insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Signing Agent training and proficiency with home closing documents (preferred).
