[Remote] Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechWish is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with extensive experience in various HCM tools and technologies. The role involves working with Oracle Integration Cloud and creating custom extracts while demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Experience with HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts and Fast Formula
• Extensive experience with OIC (App-driven and Scheduled Orchestrations), including the use of REST/SOAP adapters, FTP, and HCM adapters
• Deep expertise in creating custom extracts, defining delivery options, and handling complex data threading and bursting
• Proficiency in writing, compiling, and debugging Fast Formulas using various types (e.g., Participation and Rate Eligibility, Payroll, Compensation)
• Solid understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and Web Services
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis and report development
• General understanding of HR business processes

Skills
